My personal mission statement is simply PRIDE. Now, before I seem vain and haughty let me show you…

Professionalism
As a future chef and current member of the culinary society committing to promoting a sense of professionalism in the kitchen will promote pride in one’s work and thus reflect in everything I do.

Respect
As true epicurean it is essential to have respect for everyone and everything.  I will treat the food and those who eat it with respect they deserve and the results shall be clearly evident in the dishes produced.

Integrity
Adhering to higher moral and ethical standards must always be the foundation on which to build. I strive to better myself, those who work with me, and the community in which I am blessed to be.

Dedication
Dedication is key to everything I do. Dedication should be your watchword; what ever you do, do well and may success attend your efforts.

Excellence

Excellence must be above all else. Excellence is therefore achieved when professionalism, respect, integrity, and dedication are all strived for in everything I do.
