For the past three years I have worked in a small retail foodservice store with a very demanding and fast paced environment. As a high school student at the time, I had to juggle school and work. It was not uncommon to work a ten hour day in the store and put another six hours in at a catering event. I was also put in charge of training new employees that have joined the company in the past two years.
